We process the refund within 4 business days after receiving the product(s) at our warehouse and the product(s) have been verified and accepted.
Mode of payment for the refund amount
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 4 business days of we receiving and accepting the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For payments done through PayTM, the refund will be processed to the same PayTM account within 4 business days of we receiving and accepting the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you to your specified bank account. This process will be completed within 4 business days of us receiving and accepting the product(s). It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Procedure to return a purchased item
Both perfumes & cosmetics are non-returnable products. However, under the following two conditions you may return the products:
If you receive the product wherein the packing has tampered. In such a case, do not accept the parcel and do not sign the delivery sheet provided by the courier boy. Return the product to the courier boy and call our support team on 080-42138488 or write an email to email@example.com immediately requesting for a replacement of the ordered product.
We will initiate the replacement process immediately on receiving the tampered parcel. In case, the said product is not available in our stocks then a full refund will be issued to you as per our refund policy.
- If the product after receiving it is in a damaged condition call our support team on 080-42138488 and write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org on the same day you have received the product requesting for a replacement of the product. State the order number and attach a clear picture of the damaged product and a scanned copy of the invoice in your mail. Such requests will not be considered if requests for replacement of damaged products are not made both by phone and email on the same date of delivery.
